Free Initial Telephone Consultation

If you have received a notice of termination or have been offered a severance agreement, we offer a free initial telephone consultation.

During a conversation of approximately 15 minutes, one of our attorneys will assess your situation, explain the prospects of success and the potential costs involved, and answer any questions you may have.

How it works:

Please send your notice of termination or severance agreement before the appointment by email to: kanzlei@arbeitsrecht-berlin.de.

Please include the date and time of your consultation appointment in the subject line of your email. At the scheduled time, one of our attorneys will call you.

Client Engagement

If, after the initial consultation, you decide to instruct us to act on your behalf, we will require the Client Information Form and, where applicable, the Termination Questionnaire.

Using our online form, you can submit your information quickly and conveniently in digital format.

Please note that a signed Power of Attorney is also required. We must receive the original signed document by post.

Following the consultation, you will receive an email from us specifying which documents we require from you. This email will also contain links to the forms listed below.

If you have legal expenses insurance, we will handle the coverage request with your insurer on your behalf.

Completing the form takes only a few minutes. All information is transmitted in encrypted form and treated confidentially.

Initial Consultation on Other Employment Law Matters

For all other employment law matters, we offer an initial consultation for a flat fee of €200. This includes a thorough review of your case and an initial legal assessment.
In many cases, these costs are covered by legal expenses insurance.
If you subsequently instruct us to act on your behalf, the initial consultation fee will be credited toward our legal fees.
